Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of the BRABONI partner platform by approved Content Creators and Distribution partners. Additional campaign, product, wholesale or payment terms shown in the platform form part of the relevant transaction.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal to the approved creator or authorised business representative and may not be transferred.

3. Content Creator programme

Campaign availability may depend on follower thresholds, territory, timing and other criteria. Submission does not guarantee approval. The same published content link may not be submitted more than once. You are responsible for truthful audience information, lawful advertising disclosures and compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

4. Content rights

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting approved campaign content, you grant BRABONI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the campaign term and a reasonable archival period to repost, display, reference and use that content and your public social handle for brand, campaign and reporting purposes, unless a campaign states different terms. Any broader paid-media or perpetual usage should be agreed separately.

5. Rewards and cashout

Rewards become available only after BRABONI approves the submission. Cash rewards are shown as account credit and may be requested for payout using the saved PayPal or SEPA details. Pending payout requests reserve the requested credit. A payout is completed only when BRABONI marks it paid. Complimentary products have no cash value unless expressly stated and are shipped to the saved address.

6. Taxes

Creators and business partners are responsible for their own tax, social-security, invoicing or registration obligations arising from rewards or commercial activity, except where law requires BRABONI to withhold or report amounts.

7. Distribution and wholesale orders

Distribution portal access is intended for business customers. Product prices, VAT treatment, MOQ, shipping costs, payment method, availability and delivery estimates are shown before an order is placed. An order may remain subject to availability, payment confirmation, compliance checks and any agreed distribution terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

Do not submit fraudulent engagement, reused or third-party content as your own, malicious links, unlawful material, false business information or attempts to bypass security or payment controls.

9. Suspension and termination

BRABONI may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, material breach, fraud, misuse or where the partner relationship ends. Accrued undisputed payment rights are not removed solely because access ends.

10. Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot be waived. For B2B disputes, the competent court at BRABONI’s registered seat may be agreed where legally permitted.
