2. What we process

We process account and contact data, application and company information, shipping addresses, social-media profile information, submitted content links, campaign and reward records, payout instructions, orders, invoices, support messages, security logs and communication preferences.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data to process applications, create and secure partner accounts, administer campaigns and rewards, fulfil complimentary shipments and wholesale orders, process payments and payout requests, answer support requests, meet tax/accounting obligations and protect the platform. Depending on the activity, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the partner platform, or consent for optional marketing.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting and IT providers, email delivery providers, payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe, banks, shipping carriers, accounting/advisory providers and competent authorities where required by law. Where providers process data outside the EEA, appropriate transfer safeguards required by applicable data-protection law are used.

5. Retention

Application and account data is kept only as long as necessary for the partner relationship and applicable limitation periods. Accounting, invoice and transaction records may be retained for statutory retention periods. Support and security records are retained for a proportionate period. Optional marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the list is cleaned.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority responsible for you.

7. Security

We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted storage for sensitive payout information, transport encryption where available, logging and other technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
